We've done our best to be as clear as possible, but just in case...

I'm clicking on the wedding videos but nothing is happening?

You may need to update your Flash plugin. Although over 90% of the computers on desktops today have the Flash plugin, it's really important to keep it up-to-date. All of our videos require the very latest version of the plugin. Just click the button to the right. It's a really short download/install even on a dial-up connection. It is also a completely safe download.

What is a plugin?

This is special software that works with your browser and helps make the internet come alive. Without them we'd be unable to view interactive content. Almost all computers come with plugins like Quicklime, Real Networks and Flash Player pre-installed. But their technology is constantly changing for the better, so it's important to keep your plugins up-to-date or else you may find yourself unable to view many of the newest sites on the web.

The video looks jerky, grainy, or skips... what's up with that?

Your computer may not be fast enough to view our movies uninterrupted. A high speed or, broadband connection is really a must for optimal viewing. We are very sorry if you can't properly view our work. We encourage you to view it later with a better connection and computer; perhaps at a friends home. As for the quality; take a look at the next question.

Why do I need a high speed connection?

It takes a lot of data to display video and sound on the internet. Movie files are HUGE! Our clips are only 3-5 min. in length yet are anywhere from 5-15 MB in size. You need an internet connection that will send these files to you quickly. Each clip is also highly compressed, the more compression the more degradation from the original. If you want to see the demos at full quality, just ask for our Demonstration Reel DVD.

Where can I get a Demo Reel?

We knew that was coming. You can request a demo from our gallery page. For obvious reasons they are available to Southern California residents only.

What's with the inFocus Video Production logo on the videos?

It's called a watermark, and it's there for our protection. Every once in a while, someone will try to download someone else's work and pass it off as their own, this just makes it a little harder for them to do that. Rest assured, it won't be on your finished movie.
